CATIA Crashes with when updating and adding markupbubbles

Problem: When updating a drawing linked to an ASM, using Update and/or markup bubbles
	 CATIA crashes completely, no click-ok to terminate, no warning, do not 
	 pass go, do not collect $200

Solution: This problem most likely is the result of bad document links. More importatly
	  a bad search order. A doucment should only be linked to other documents inside
	  the same folder, this can be tested by using the Edit --> Links tool

	  a person's serch order should only contain "Folder of the pointed Document"
	  everything else should be turned off. A CATIA restart needs to be done for these
	  settings to stay.

	  To adjust the CATIA serch order:
	  Open CATIA
		Go to Tools--> options
			Under Genneral select the document TAB
				only "Folder of the Pointed document" should be active.
				remove all other folders
				Restart CATIA

	  Re-Checkout all files.
